Job Title: Administrative Business Partner
Location: London, UK (Hybrid: On-site Tuesday–Thursday; Remote Monday & Friday)
Duration: 2 February 2026 – 21 April 2026
Pay Rate: £32.69/hour
Role Overview
As an Administrative Business Partner (ABP), you will provide proactive administrative support to executives, teams, and/or sites, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management. You will manage calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and events with minimal guidance, exercising excellent judgment and discretion. This role requires strong organisational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Calendar Management:
* Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events for executives and teams, considering time zones and priorities.
* Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize calendars for short- and long-term planning.
* Travel Coordination:
* Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, visas, and cultural considerations.
* Prepare travel agendas and provide on-call support during travel when necessary.
* Expense & Budget Management:
* Complete expense reports, process invoices, and manage purchase orders on behalf of executives or sites.
* Meeting & Event Support:
* Prepare meeting materials (e.g., agendas, decks), confirm logistics, and assist with note-taking.
* Plan and organize internal and external events (e.g., team off-sites, summits), managing budgets and vendor coordination.
* Site & Culture Initiatives:
* Organize activities related to culture, community affairs, and communications.
* Advocate for office space needs and liaise with workplace services for space planning.
* Project & Program Support:
* Contribute to site-wide projects and process improvements.
* Deliver medium- to large-scale events from initiation through execution, identifying solutions for risks and obstacles.
