Job Description
3. Plan, manage, and execute engineering projects from inception to completion.
4. Ensure all projects meet specified quality, budget, and time constraints.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
6. Prepare project documentation, including technical reports and specifications.
7. Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain smooth operations.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Monitor project progress and report updates to relevant parties.
10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the life science sector.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Engineer should have:
11. A current valid driving licence
12. An engineering background (mechanical/electrical preferred)
13. Experience managing engineering contracts (NEC3 / NEC4 experience desirable)
14. Background in M&E or construction‑based project environments
15. Proven track record delivering engineering projects to challenging deadlines
16. Ability to plan, organise and lead multiple project streams
17. Strong communication skills with confidence dealing directly with customers
18. A proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to lead field‑based teams
