Inspiring SEN Teacher – Full-Time

£31,650 - £43,606 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications – discussed at registration)

We’re working with a warm and welcoming SEND school in East Sussex, seeking a full-time SEN Teacher to join their fantastic team from September 2025. This long-term role could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role
You’ll become an integral part of a close-knit and supportive teaching team, delivering engaging lessons to a small class of pupils with a diverse range of special educational needs – including Autism, MLD, SLD, PMLD, ADHD, complex medical needs, and speech and language difficulties. Spanning both primary and secondary age groups, this role offers real variety – and a chance to make a lasting difference every single day.

With a strong focus on building confidence, independence, and life skills, the team works hand-in-hand with families to help pupils thrive both in and beyond the classroom.
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from teachers who are:
1. Qualified (QTS or QTLS)
2. Experienced in teaching either primary or secondary pupils
3. Confident in supporting children with a range of SEND
4. Flexible, collaborative, and full of positive energy
