The Role: As Deputy General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day leadership of the hotel. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead the daily hotel operations with a hands-on presence, ensuring exceptional service across all departments, with a strong emphasis on Food & Beverage. Collaborate closely with the General Manager to bring our new vision to life, playing a key role in shaping strategy and culture. Drive financial success through careful cost control, accurate forecasting, and revenue growth. Champion a people-first approach - motivating, mentoring, and growing talent throughout the hotel. Lead through change: bringing teams along with enthusiasm, resilience, and clear communication. Maintain operational excellence, ensuring the hotel is consistently prepared, professional, and guest-focused. Support the implementation of McKeever Group standards and values, delivering consistency and quality across the board. Act as a role model of positivity, professionalism, and a 'can-do' attitude. What We're Looking For: A proven leader in the hotel or hospitality industry, ideally in a Deputy GM, Operations Manager, or Senior F&B role. Strong Food & Beverage management experience - operationally savvy, guest-focused, and commercially aware. Solid financial acumen - experienced with P&L responsibility, budgeting, and driving profitability. Hands-on and visible leadership style - you lead from the front and thrive in the action.
