Description
Provide strategic HR support to key business units
Line management of a small team on site
Report into Business Unit HR Director and part of HR Leadership Team
Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and workforce development.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Manage employee relations, offering guidance and resolution on complex issues.
Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve organisational performance.
Oversee recruitment processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
Advise on compensation, benefits, and reward programmes to maintain competitiveness.
Drive organisational change initiatives and improve employee engagement.Profile
A successful Interim HRBP should have:
Proven experience within the Human Resources function, ideally in the manufacturing, logistics, FMCG or Construction industries
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Proficiency in using HR systems and data analytics tools.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A relevant degree or professional HR qualification is preferred.Job Offer
