Technical Clerk Date: 11 Sept 2025 Location:Middlesbrough Hours per week:22.5 hours (over 3 days) Contract: Fixed term(Initially 6 months) Job Description Provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations within the technical and engineering department. Tasks & Responsibilities for the Technical Clerk: 1. Acquire anomalies data from the Plant Condition Management System (PCMS) and update the Mechanical and Civil Anomalies Registers 2. Raise requests in SAP for repairs/maintenance/further inspections 3. Create change requests in SAP for planned maintenance activities (dates/frequencies/addition/removal) 4. Monitoring the Master Vessel Register to track and highlight overdue inspections to the Inspections Team Lead
