An elite US law firm in London is seeking a high-performing Capital Markets Associate to join its market-leading ECM practice.
This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated cross-border equity capital markets transactions alongside leading partners and an exceptional international client base.
The role will involve advising on:
• IPOs
• Placings
• Rights issues
• Secondary offerings
• UK public M&A transactions
• Ongoing listed company and regulatory matters
The team is looking for a technically strong England & Wales qualified associate with:
• 2–3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience from a leading London practice
• Strong ECM transaction experience under English law
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Strong academics
• Commerciality, initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
