We are working on behalf of a forward-thinking secondary school in Ipswich to recruit a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Co-ordinator for a permanent position starting in September 2025. Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement the school’s inclusion strategy, ensuring every student has access to learning regardless of their individual needs. Work closely with SENCO, pastoral staff, and external agencies to support vulnerable learners and remove barriers to education. Coordinate interventions for students requiring additional support due to behaviour, attendance, emotional or social challenges. Monitor progress and impact of inclusion initiatives, maintaining up-to-date records and contributing to whole school improvement. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in a similar role within a secondary school setting. Strong understanding of SEND, safeguarding, and inclusive practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. A passion for pastoral care and student wellbeing.
