We’re working with a fast-growing, innovation-led technology company developing advanced instrumentation used by leading organisations worldwide. As part of a close-knit engineering team, you’ll play a key role in assembling, testing and maintaining sophisticated electromechanical systems.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two weeks look the same.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
* Assembling and quality checking precision instruments (including soldering and crimping)
* Diagnosing, servicing and repairing equipment in-house and occasionally on-site
* Supporting product development with fixtures, jigs and process improvements
* Helping manage stock, shipping and workshop organisation
* Contributing to continuous improvement across production and service processes
You’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one.
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Strong practical, hands-on technical ability
* Experience assembling or repairing electromechanical products
* Ability to read wiring schematics and engineering drawings
* Independent working style with excellent attention to detail
* Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset
* Willingness to travel internationally when required
Bonus if you have experience or interest in CAD, 3D printing, robotics or automation.
