We're now looking for a skilled MET Technician to join our expanding team in Coventry.
What Youll Be Doing
As an MET (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim) Technician, youll play a key role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Your responsibilities will include:
* Dismantling and reassembling mechanical, electrical, and trim components with precision and care
* Performing four-wheel alignment checks and repairs using manufacturer-recommended methods
* Ensuring vehicles are properly protected throughout the repair process
* Collaborating with Technicians, Vehicle Damage Assessors, and Production teams to ensure efficient workflows
* Adhering to health and safety standards, including COSHH requirements and appropriate PPE usage
* Working with electric vehicles and staying updated on emerging vehicle technologies
About You
Were looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment. Ideally, youll have:
* IMI/ATA MET Technician qualification (or equivalent experience in a Bodyshop environment)
* Proven experience in accident repair and vehicle rebuilds
* A full UK driving licence (required)
* The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A strong commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
* Knowledge and/or experience working with electric vehicles is a plus
