What You’ll Do
* Support children in care and care leavers aged 16-25.
* Help young people prepare for and manage independent living.
* Work alongside experienced Personal Advisors and social workers to learn best practice.
* Attend meetings, undertake visits, write case notes, and keep accurate records.
* Connect young people with resources and community services. This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham so you must have the correct right‑to‑work documents to work in the UK. Sadly, we do not support those who require sponsorship. A Birmingham care‑experienced young person.
* You want to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
* You’re willing to learn and work as part of a team.
* No experience? No problem! We’ll give you all the training and support you need.
