~ Canary Wharf As Hospitlaity Head Chef you'll take charge of all hospitality services within the building, which includes meeting rooms, event spaces, an à la carte restaurant, and a private dining room. Leading a kitchen team of 10, supported by two Sous Chefs, you'll prepare everything from breakfast to finger foods and full à la carte meals. Daily covers can range from 30 to 500 guests across multiple venues including meeting rooms, the Talent Academy, and the restaurant. You will bring a strong background in corporate dining and events, with hands-on experience managing high-quality food service in fast-paced, professional environments. Your genuine passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences and exceptional customer service will drive you to consistently exceed expectations.
