Office Manager

This is a full-time, office-based role in Guildford (working 5 days a week on site, 9 am-5 pm) with no expectation of out-of-hours work. You'll be part of a genuinely supportive environment where your contribution is valued.

As Business Services Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across multiple teams. This is a varied, hands-on position ideal for someone organised, adaptable, and eager to develop their experience. You'll work on finance administration, training coordination, business support, and office management-making you an essential part of the business's smooth running and future growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Finance administration: managing purchase orders and invoices, credit control, bank reconciliations, and supporting month-end reporting.
* Training support: coordinating course bookings, learner enrolments, trainer schedules, and compliance with awarding bodies.
* Business support: assisting with policy documentation, onboarding, internal systems, and maintaining accreditations.
* Office management: handling supplier relationships, facilities issues, office supplies, and general upkeep.
What we're looking for:
* Experience with accounting or finance administration tasks (ideally using software like Xero).
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable with sensitive information.
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
