About The Role
As a HR Assistant with Wren, you'll support employees and the management team and you'll work with colleagues in the HR team and your business area, to ensure the provision of a high quality and consistent HR service.
This position will be based at our Head Office at Barton-upon-Humber.
Main responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive HR support
* Accurately maintaining HR systems and HR databases
* Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures across sites
* Providing comprehensive written and verbal ER advice
* Fully responsible for long term sick absent management cases informal and formal stages
* Creation and distribution of weekly/monthly reports within the HR team
* Delivery of ad hoc training with site managers
* Provide administrative support as well as note taking duties for the HR Advisor team when required
* Updating relevant paperwork and other ad hoc HR duties required of you
About You
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
* Good knowledge of HR and HR related procedures
* Strong communicator both verbally and in writing
* Ability to influence and constructively challenge
* Strong administrative skills
* Experience in collating and producing reports – including a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Accuracy/ Attention to detail
* Basic knowledge of UK employment law
* Previous experience in either a HR related role
