About The Role
As a HR Assistant with Wren, you'll support employees and the management team and you'll work with colleagues in the HR team and your business area, to ensure the provision of a high quality and consistent HR service. This position will be based at our Head Office at Barton-upon-Humber. What Wren Offer:

Main Responsibilities:
9. Provide comprehensive HR support
10. Accurately maintaining HR systems and HR databases
11. Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures
12. Providing comprehensive written and verbal ER advice - including long term sick and performance
13. Creation and distribution of weekly/monthly reports within the HR team
14. Provide administrative support as well as note taking duties for the HR Advisor team when required
15. Updating relevant paperwork and other ad hoc HR duties required of you
About You
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
16. Good knowledge of HR and HR related procedures
17. Strong communicator both verbally and in writing
18. Ability to influence and constructively challenge
19. Strong administrative skills
20. Experience in collating and producing reports – including a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
21. Accuracy/ Attention to detail
22. Basic knowledge of UK employment law
23. Previous experience in either a HR related role
