Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Business Manager with excellent customer care standards who can manage varied and demanding tasks and meet strict deadlines. The candidate will be a valued member of the leadership team, helping inform the strategic direction of the school. Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, a commitment to teamwork, and strong organisational abilities are essential.
Responsibilities
* Line manage the administration team and work closely with the Premises Manager during absences.
* Provide support to the Senior Leadership Team and Governors.
* Maintain accurate records in relation to service provisions.
* Work effectively in partnership with pupils, parents, staff and governors.
* Collaborate with external services to support parents and carers.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience of MIS systems.
* Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
* Competence in a range of IT packages.
* Calm, courteous, professional manner with good communication skills.
* Superior time‑management and prioritisation skills, adaptable to changing demands.
* Ability to maintain accurate records in relation to service provisions.
* Background check with Disclosure and Barring Service.
* Proficiency in spoken English.
