To support this journey, we are looking for a Graduate Commercial & Operations Analyst to join the central leadership team. The Role
As a Graduate Commercial & Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in turning data into insights that shape real business decisions. Working closely with senior executives, you will gain exposure to how the company operates – from finance and operations through to people and strategy.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
* Collect and analyse operational and financial data to create clear, actionable insights.
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in areas such as staffing, recruitment, and business performance.
* Support revenue growth by looking at performance data, marketing effectiveness, and pricing strategies.
* Help streamline operations by spotting inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
* Build the confidence to present your findings to senior leaders, influencing real decisions.
