We are now looking for an AI Enablement Lead to drive the adoption and effective use of AI tools and capabilities across our organisation.
This is a highly visible role at the intersection of technology, analytics, and business teams. Your mission will be to help people across the company confidently and responsibly use AI to improve productivity, analysis, decision-making, and innovation.
You will design and lead initiatives that build AI literacy, enable practical use cases, and embed AI into everyday workflows across commercial, product, marketing, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive AI Adoption Across the Organisation
Lead initiatives that accelerate the use of AI tools and capabilities across business teams, helping employees understand how AI can support their work and improve outcomes.
Build AI Literacy and Capability
Design and deliver structured enablement programmes that help employees develop practical AI skills, including:
* Understanding AI fundamentals
* Using generative AI tools effectively
* Applying AI in data analysis, research, and productivity
* Responsible and safe use of AI technologies
Develop Practical AI Use Cases
Work closely with teams across the organisation to identify high-value AI applications and support their implementation in areas such as:
* Data analysis and insight generation
* Automation of manual tasks
* Research and reporting
* Marketing and digital optimisation
* Customer and operational insights
Enable Effective Use of AI Tools
Support employees in using modern AI platforms and productivity tools such as:
* Microsoft Copilot
* Large language model tools (e.g. ChatGPT)
* AI-enabled analytics platforms
* Internal AI solutions developed by the team
Provide practical guidance on prompt design, workflows, and best practices.
Champion Responsible AI
Promote responsible and ethical use of AI across the organisation, ensuring employees understand governance, data protection considerations, and appropriate usage of AI technologies.
Build an AI Community
Create and nurture an internal community of AI users and champions through workshops, showcases, and knowledge sharing. Encourage experimentation and help scale successful use cases across teams.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines AI knowledge and curiosity with the ability to teach, inspire, and enable others.
Experience
* Experience working with modern AI tools, particularly generative AI
* Experience enabling or training non-technical users to adopt new technologies
* Experience identifying and delivering practical AI use cases in business environments
* Experience working across business and technical teams
Skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
* Strong curiosity and passion for AI and emerging technologies
* Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business value
Desirable
* Experience with AI-driven data analysis or analytics tools
* Familiarity with productivity AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude
* Experience in data, analytics, product, or digital environments
* Experience driving organisational adoption of new technologies
