Job Description
We are looking for 2 Assistant Care Home Managers to provide support to the Care Home Manager in running the care home through the support and supervision of staff and take responsibility for specific management functions ensuring care and support is provided so that individuals are enabled to articulate their preferences and achieve personal goals.
There are 2 posts available - 1 x 21 hours and 1 x 13.75 hours
This role will require flexible and weekend working.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
Shift pattern: Duties will be varied and rota will compromise a mix of early and late shifts with some weekend working as required.
