We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and hardworking individual to join our team of Crusader Holidays Tour Drivers.
Job Description
As a Crusader Holidays Tour Driver, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our holidays and short breaks. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and proactively managing a variety of relationships with our passengers and your fellow drivers.
As part of the Crusader Holidays Team, and due to the seasonal nature of the role, while you do not need to live in the local area you will be required to collect your touring coach from our Head Office in Aylesbury, Bucks. As a member of the driving team, you will be reporting directly to our Senior Operations Manager and our General Manager. In addition, you will work closely with the rest of the Operations Team and our team of Drivers.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the smooth running of a tour to ensure its success for our passengers
* Providing safe and reliable coach transport for our passengers during a tour
* Providing a feeder service
* Assisting passengers when needed and being a visible source of support for them while on tour
* Provide excellent customer service and ensuring you maintain Crusader Holidays high level of customer satisfaction
* Answering passenger queries and keeping them always informed
Must Haves
* A full PCV license and current CPC card
* Previous experience and proven track record of coach touring within the UK
* A friendly, approachable manner
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working with a variety of people
* Great organisational skills and the ability to analyse information to solve general queries
* Knowledge and understanding of travel within the UK and Europe
* An understanding of coaches and coach travel
Nice to Have
* A valid passport to be able to do European tours
* Experience of tour driving in Europe
Hours & Salary
* Seasonal contract, running from May until end of October 2026
