Brand & Campaign Manager
. This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who wants ownership, influence, and the chance to shape a brand at a pivotal stage of growth.
This is not a passive role. You will sit at the heart of the business, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive brand visibility, lead high-impact campaigns, and ensure marketing activity directly supports commercial goals.
The role
As Brand & Campaign Manager, you will take full ownership of brand, campaigns, and performance across multiple channels. You'll be both strategic and hands-on, confident moving between big-picture planning and day-to-day execution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning and developing the brand narrative, positioning, and tone of voice
* Leading multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, paid, content, and social
* Translating business objectives into creative, measurable marketing activity
* Managing campaign performance, reporting on ROI, and optimising based on insight
* Working closely with product, commercial, and leadership teams
* Briefing and collaborating with internal teams, creatives, and external partners
* Supporting and mentoring junior marketing talent as the function continues to grow
* Line managing one Marketing Executive
Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
* 3–5 years' experience in a marketing, brand, or campaign-focused role
* Strong experience delivering multi-channel campaigns (B2B or B2B2C)
* A data-driven mindset with confidence using analytics and reporting tools
* Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional approach
* The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
* Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with senior stakeholders
Experience within
property, technology, or a scale-up environment
would be advantageous, but is not essential.
