Business Analyst - Consumer Insights

Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join their Consumer Insights team on a Fixed Term Contract for 5 months. This full-time role offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £250 to £300.
What You'll Do:
As a Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting programming, QA, sampling, and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages.
Partnering with Research and Operations Managers to facilitate translation tasks and processes.
Evaluating and analysing research scopes to define project needs.
Designing research approaches and strategies, setting milestones, timelines, and KPIs.
Documenting workflows, responsibilities, and standard operating procedures.
Diving deep into data analysis and refining mechanisms as necessary.
Identifying opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and recommending strategies for improvement.
Making informed judgement calls on ambiguous issues independently or under supervision.
Understanding partners' research needs to create impactful testing strategies.
Driving excellence in customer engagement and retention policies.
About the Team:
You'll join a vibrant team dedicated to leading recruitment and customer engagement initiatives that ensure high response rates. Together, you will develop custom testing strategies and visual reporting tools that will be used by stakeholders across various teams.
Basic Qualifications:
1-2 years of professional experience in marketing, consumer insights, or project management.
Experience in deploying, programming, and/or writing surveys.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Fluency in English and one additional language (French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Italian, or Dutch) is a plus.
A genuine enthusiasm for film and television production and programming.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in the market research field.
Ability to translate complex data sets into clear narratives.
Strong presentation skills, especially in discussing research methodologies and findings.
A solid understanding of basic statistics.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, SPSS, and Tableau.
