Salary: £19.23ph, £23,999 based on 24 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Our client is a growing organisation that supports businesses across a range of sectors. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for a Part Time HR Advisor to provide key support to the HR Director and play an important role in shaping and maintaining best practice across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied HR role, combining hands-on advisory work with a strong focus on compliance, policy development, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Providing HR advice and guidance when required (ad hoc support)
2. Reviewing, updating, and maintaining HR policies and procedures
3. Monitoring and ensuring all employee documentation is accurate and compliant
4. Supporting ongoing regulatory and legislative compliance
5. Assisting with the rollout of new employment law and government changes
6. Reviewing staff benefits, training opportunities, and employee feedback to support engagement and development
We’re looking for someone who is:
7. Experienced in a generalist HR role
8. Confident, methodical, and highly organised
9. Strong on compliance and up to date with employment law
10. IT literate and comfortable working with HR systems and documentation
11. CIPD Level 3 qualified (essential)
