Our passion to provide the highest quality of customer service is key in everything we do and we now have an opportunity for an experienced and customer focused Aftersales Manager to join our team at Vantage Lexus Preston.
About the Role
This is an exciting and challenging role. Reporting to the Centre Principal, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the aftersales team by personally demonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviours associated with the company and manufacturer's brand values.
Customer engagement will be at
the forefront of everything you do as well as encouraging your team to deliver
in a busy pressurised environment and maintaining high customer standards.
You will be responsible for all
aftersales/service activity to deliver profitability and customer satisfaction,
working with teams across the centre and other dealerships to provide a
seamless service to customers.
This is a full time role and
typically you will be expected to work between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to
Friday, alternate Saturdays.

To be successful in this role
you will:
- Present strong management and
coaching skills gained in a similar role and environment
- Possess excellent
communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Hold the ability to
multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment producing great results of
outstanding customer service and selling
- Hold a full clean UK driving
licence
