A fast growing international sports organisation is looking for a Technical Product Specialist to join its digital team.
The organisation sits at the centre of professional triathlon and works with the worldâs top athletes while delivering global events and digital experiences for fans and participants. As the sport continues to grow, the team is expanding its digital ecosystem across events, memberships, streaming, and athlete platforms.
This role will help connect commercial ideas with technical delivery, working across a range of platforms and digital products.
The role
You will work closely with the digital product team and external developers to support and deliver new digital products. The role involves working across areas such as event registration platforms, CMS systems, race data and results, membership products, streaming platforms, and mobile applications.
Youâll help translate business requirements into technical solutions, test APIs, support platform improvements, and explore opportunities to introduce automation and AI tools into workflows.
Key responsibilities
⢠Support the digital product roadmap with technical input
⢠Work with external developers to deliver new features and improvements
⢠Test APIs and help define technical requirements
⢠Contribute to digital membership and athlete platforms
⢠Support CMS and platform updates across digital channels
⢠Explore new technologies, automation, and AI tools to improve internal processes
⢠Assist with technical documentation and system mapping
What weâre looking for
⢠Around 2+ years in a technical role such as developer, technical analyst, or solutions engineer
⢠Understanding of web technologies and how systems integrate
⢠Experience working with APIs and databases
⢠Familiarity with CMS platforms and low code automation tools
⢠Strong problem solving skills and the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly
An interest in endurance sport or live sporting events would be a bonus.
