Staffline Ireland is recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist on behalf of a leading provider of park management and booking systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, dynamic company during an exciting period of growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth setup of new booking systems and liaise with clients and team members.
2. Provide ongoing system support via email and phone to existing clients.
3. Deliver tutorials to customers, demonstrating features and responding to queries.
4. Assist the technical team with testing updates and provide feedback for system improvements.
5. Support the Sales and Account Managers.
6. Perform any other duties as required.
Person Specification:
1. At least 1 year of sales support, administration, or customer service experience, or a related qualification.
2. Ability to diagnose issues, react appropriately, and resolve customer problems.
3. Creative problem-solving skills within system capabilities.
4. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and maintaining relationships.
5. Organized, able to meet deadlines under pressure.
6. Proactive, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
7. Strong attention to detail and experience with Excel.
8. No prior experience in booking systems is required; full training will be provided. Computer literacy and quick learning ability are essential.
