Your new role As an HR Assistant, you'll provide essential HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This includes maintaining HR systems, managing employee data, and assisting with contractual changes. You'll work in a busy environment as part of a small, collaborative team, with hybrid working and regular office days in Glasgow. What you'll need to succeed Experience using HR systems (Agresso preferred; other HRIS considered). Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively. Analytical and logical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Previous HR administration experience covering the employee lifecycle. What you'll get in return Salary between 31,000 and 37,000. Flexible hybrid working with Glasgow office days for collaboration.
