Key requirements for the Senior Property Manager Role:
* At least 18 months of previous experience in property management
* ARLA qualified ideally, however, not essential
* A strong desire for continuous learning and professional development
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Ability to work quickly and accurately
* Comfortable working under pressure
* Positive, proactive attitude
* A true team player who is driven and self-motivated
* Full UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
Your responsibilities as a Senior Property Manager:
* Overseeing a portfolio of residential properties
* Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
* Managing and resolving maintenance issues promptly, keeping clients informed
* Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations
* Keeping property systems up to date
* Assisting with landlord payments and accounts
