Morson Edge is proud to be supporting Sizewell C in the recruitment of a Quality Management Lead (QML) to join the expanding project team in Suffolk.
The Quality Management Lead will play a key role in ensuring quality assurance and quality control requirements are implemented and maintained across the full project lifecycle, from contract award through to commissioning and close-out. Acting as the single point of contact for quality across an assigned portfolio, the QML will work closely with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure all activities are delivered safely, efficiently and Right First Time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of project quality assurance and quality control arrangements across manufacturing and construction activities
Review, accept and monitor Contractor Quality Assurance Plans (CQAPs)
Develop and manage Project Quality Control Plans (PQCPs)
Coordinate supplier audits, surveillance and inspection activities across the supply chain
Ensure compliance with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) and project quality specifications
Support the management and resolution of non-conformances, corrective actions and quality issues
