SEND Teaching Assistant – Crewe area SEND Teaching Assistants urgently needed to work within a Primary School in the Crewe area. Mad 4 Recruitment work in partnership with numerous primary schools in the area who are urgently seeking exceptional SEND Teaching Assistants to predominantly work on a 1:1 basis with children with additional needs. These schools provide high standards of learning to all children within their care. Your main role will be to support the teaching staff and to work with other support staff to enhance the development and education of pupils. You will assist with the induction, assessment, intervention and support of all pupils. You will provide input into the planning and evaluation of learning activities for individuals and groups of pupils.
