Your Role
Responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, investigation, examination, and conditioning of small arms equipment and associated sub-assemblies held at Kuehne+Nagel Donnington. Use approved data to maintain the stock.

Your Responsibilities
* Establish and understand Risk Assessments and Risk Controls, including how to identify risks.
* Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices, including reporting all accidents and incidents within the workplace.
* Participate in and contribute to WIs/SOPs and process confirmations, assisting with necessary amendments, updates, and rewrites.
* Be a Champion for Delivery of Service at all times.
* Ensure all work is completed according to the latest approved data.
* Ensure work is conducted in accordance with policies, processes, procedures, and guidance.
* Collaborate with others to achieve required outcomes.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Level 3 Mechanical Engineering Qualification/Apprenticeship or equivalent.
* Experience working on MOD items/equipment (desirable).
* Experience with Light Weapons, pistols, machine guns, sighting systems, and accessories (desirable).
* IMS experience.
* Ability to influence, negotiate, and handle conflict effectively.
* Leadership qualities, including motivating others.
* Drive, determination, and a track record of continuous improvement.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Flexible working hours, including weekends when required.
