The Firm
Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Document Production Specialist to join their team on a fully remote 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Opportunity
The successful Document Production Specialist will provide high-quality document production support across multiple practice areas, delivering accurate and professional documentation to fee earners and business support teams. Duties will include:
Producing, amending and formatting complex legal documents, correspondence, reports and agreements
Proofreading documents to ensure consistency and accuracy
Applying firm branding and formatting standards across all documentation
Creating and maintaining document templates
Producing document comparisons and managing track changes
Troubleshooting formatting issues and resolving document-related queries
Supporting fee earners and business services teams with urgent document production requestsThis Document Production Specialist position is a full time, 12 Month fixed-term role, working remotely Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm
Requirements
At least 3 years previous experience as a Document Production Specialist within a law firm
Must have excellent attention to detail
