Corporate Agent
KBJ Management is a boutique talent agency representing some of the UK’s leading broadcasters. Based in Fitzrovia, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Agent to work in a growing commercial team, alongside the Senior Brand Partnership Agent. The Corporate Agent will have special responsibility for live speaking engagements, including corporate events, festivals, awards hosting and other live/in-person events.
What You’ll Do:
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with corporate booking agents and end clients.
* Respond to all inbound enquiries for the client roster, negotiating fees and contract terms for corporate event bookings.
* Ensure all logistical arrangements for bookings are in place, with excellent diary management.
* Build and maintain a database of bookings and contacts.
* Attend events with clients and pursue networking opportunities within the wider industry.
* Promote and market clients for corporate events.
* Draw up all contracts and invoices for corporate bookings.
* Work with the wider team to capitalise on opportunities and input into client long term strategies.
* Identify and approach new talent for representation exclusively for corporate events.
What You’ll Bring:
* 3 + years’ experience in a corporate booking role.
* Excellent contacts within speaker bureaus.
* An ambition to grow KBJ’s commercial offer, hitting mutually agreed KPIs.
* A collaborative mindset focused on aligning corporate, brand and broadcast opportunities.
* An interest in television, podcasting and social media across the areas our client roster operates within.
What We Offer:
* Salary £40 - £45k + inclusion in profit-based bonus scheme from day 1.
* Hybrid Working: Up to two days per week WFH.
* 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
