The Role
This role sits within a high-performing Corporate & Commercial team that is widely recognised for its expertise across North Yorkshire and beyond.
While the work has more of a focus on Corporate, the successful candidate can still expect to work on some Commercial matters.
You will work across a broad range of matters including:
* M&A transactions (acquisitions and disposals)
* Group restructurings
* Shareholder agreements
* Share option schemes
* Equity investments
* Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

Who Were Looking For
The team is open to considering qualified lawyers at various levels above 1 PQE. Ideally, you will have both Corporate and Commercial experience but we would still like to hear from candidates with a focus in just one of those areas but a desire to cover both.
Youll enjoy working as part of a team, and bring a proactive, client-focused approach to your work.
