Residential Conveyancer – Full-Time, Permanent
Venatu Recruitment Group is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our client’s team at their Shirley office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a high-volume caseload of residential property sales while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Location: Shirley, UK
Hours:
* Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
* Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
* 1 hour for lunch (37 hours total)
We are looking for…
* A Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2–3 years PQE
* Experience managing conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion
* A team player who can also work independently
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A self-driven individual with a positive outlook
* An enthusiastic and committed professional
* Client following preferred but not essential
