As part of our Group Professional Services (GPS) division, youll join a network of over 1,000 technology professionals who collaborate across borders to deliver industry-leading solutions.This role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver cutting-edge security architectures that span Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), identity and access management, cloud security, and data centre protection. As a Technology Architect (Security), you'll work directly with major enterprise customers, playing a strategic role in advisory, design, and technical delivery.What you'll doProvide expert guidance across SASE/SSE, PAM, detection, and data centre security technologiesLead customer engagements, providing advisory services, architecture guidance, roadmap planning, and solution governanceDefine and document high-level solution designs, technical requirements, and delivery frameworksAct as Technical or Design Authority for enterprise-scale customer programmesEngage in strategic customer meetings to translate business needs into technical strategyCollaborate with vendors and partners (notably Zscaler) to stay current on product developments and influence future solutionsSupport opportunity qualification and technical costing in pre-sales engagementsCreate and present white papers or thought leadership content around evolving security architecturesIdentify opportunities for new services or propositions alongside Solution Sales teamsDeliver robust governance and due diligence throughout the solution lifecycleWhat you'll needProven experience leading security architecture engagements at the enterprise levelExpertise in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and Secure Service Edge (SSE), especially with ZscalerExperience in at least three enterprise Zscaler SSE/SASE projectsAbility to provide presales advisory, requirements gathering, and high-level solution designStrong understanding of Zscaler architecture and troubleshootingBroad knowledge across IAM, SSO, MFA, PAM, and IDaaSStrong background in core security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and encryptionComfortable working with cloud platforms and designing secure architectures across Azure, AWS, or Google CloudAbility to lead technical conversations, influence customer decisions, and deliver trusted advisory servicesExisting SC clearance or eligibility to applyDesirable Skills & CertificationsFamiliarity with industry security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)Cloud security experience across major hyperscalersRequired Certifications:Zscaler Certified Architect (ZCA)Zscaler Certified Engineer (ZCE)Advantageous CertificationsPalo Alto Networks Certified Cloud Security Engineer (PCCSE)Palo Alto Certified Network Security Consultant (PCNSC)Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE)Additional InformationLocation: UK wideHours: 37.5Be the driving force behind enterprise security innovationjoin Computacenter and make a lasting impact on our customers digital resilience.Ready to take the next step?
