This position is open to candidates from both property and non-property backgrounds so it’s an excellent chance to build a career in Estate Agency with full training and prospects available… Your role will be to work as part of a busy office based sales team selling high quality properties across Glasgow/West of Scotland, liaising with buyers/sellers and co-ordinating all property marketing and admin. Key duties will include: Answering property enquiries via phone and email – providing high quality customer service Arranging property viewings including associated admin – sending out property information/brochures home reports to potential buyers Contacting potential buyers from the company database – providing information on new properties available and gaining information on buyer requirements. Liaising with the marketing and sales team– providing information on new and existing properties and completing connected administration tasks Building up property sales pack material for marketing of new properties Communicating with sellers (vendors) of properties – providing updates and building relationships Candidates for this position must have transferrable experience from a similar service/sales based role, take pride in delivering good service and have a great telephone manner. You should be well organised, have confident IT/admin abilities and enjoy working to deadlines in a busy team environment. Salary package of £24-25k basic bonuses, benefits and training provided in Estate agency. Full time permanent position working 9am-5.30pm Mon-Frid from their modern Glasgow offices.
