As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the frontline of our operations, responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, upselling products and promotions, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service at all times. Your role will involve communication via phone and email, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and supporting the wider team in achieving company targets.
Customer Service Administrator Requirements:
* Provide a positive and memorable customer experience for all incoming and outgoing calls with a confident, "can do" attitude.
* Take regular orders and communicate with customers regarding delays and shortages.
* Build rapport with the sales team.
* Fulfill customer requirements.
* Perform general office duties such as photocopying, maintaining tidiness, and updating contact lists.
* Screen incoming calls and take accurate messages.
* Use Microsoft Word and Excel to assist with office administration.
* Greet visitors and ensure site visitor protocols are followed.
* Upsell products, promotions, and take regular orders.
* Process delivery paperwork.
* Handle customer complaints and issues related to Food Safety, Quality, Legality, and Integrity promptly.
* Respond to customer communications via email and telephone.
