Contract Type: Temporary until March days
Hours: 29.6 hours per week

In respect of this role the successful applicant will provide effective, professional, high quality, modern and solution focused Business Support to achieve outcomes for the service area and consistency across the Directorate.
The role involves working as part of the Directorate Support Team based within the Children Young People and Families Professional Business Support Service.
Duties include (but not limited to):
* Providing comprehensive, efficient, effective administration support to all team members, liaise with professionals, external agencies and representatives, internal colleagues and members of the public
* Dealing with enquires from both internal and external customers ensuring that a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
* Updating records in excel and case management systems
* Taking electronic minutes for highly confidential meetings in various formats within set deadlines.
* Analyse data and statistics to evaluate service performance and outcomes. Conduct research and summarise findings to support service development.
