We’re seeking to expand our field operations team. We're looking for experienced Service Callout Engineers to join our London team, covering London City and South-East London. Step into a key role in our UK operations and help us maintain our high standards of service and safety. ?
Scope of the Role
As a Service Callout Engineer at KLEEMANN UK Group, you will be responsible for attending emergency breakdowns and restoring lift operations safely and efficiently. With three of our current engineers moving to a new project, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing service team and make an immediate impact in the field.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to emergency callouts and lift breakdowns in your designated area
* Diagnose, repair, and implement immediate solutions to restore lift service
* Perform minor adjustments and temporary repairs when necessary
* Complete accurate service documentation and reports
* Communicate effectively with the office team and clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
* Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota
* Maintain your tools, equipment, and company vehicle to high standards
* Adhere to health & safety regulations and company policies
Basic Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering
* Proven experience in lift service and emergency callout response
* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Customer-focused with strong communication skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
* Familiarity with various lift brands and control systems (advantageous)
