This is an office-based role in Queen Square. You will be part of a welcoming team, delivering a first-class experience to inbound inquiries while working to sales targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Take inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Convert enquiries into bookings.
* Deliver world-class customer service along the way.
* Muck in where needed on other tasks; there will be times when we need all hands on deck.
What You’ll Bring
* Passionate about the ski holiday market.
* You have some sales experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A positive mindset.
* A desire to provide excellent customer service.
* A flexible approach to work and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-growing company (we’ve doubled in size year over year and plan to do the same).
* Available to work weekends and bank holidays.
The Interview Process
* TA Screen (30 mins) with Luke, our recruiter.
* Onsite Interview (90 mins) with Tori, Head of sales, and a sales team leader.
* Culture interview (30 mins) with Alexander, Co founder.
