Are you a passionate and visionary Science leader ready to inspire the next generation? We are seeking a dynamic Head of Science to lead a strong department in a school where inclusivity, respect and community are at the core of everything we do.
We are seeking to appoint someone who will:
• Shape and deliver a rich, knowledge-driven Science curriculum that inspires curiosity and scientific thinking
• Drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning from year 7 through to A Level
• Foster a culture of high expectations, collaboration and professional growth within the department
• Manage resources effectively, including recently refurbished laboratory facilities
• Champion the importance of science within our school and community, enhancing its visibility and impact
