A key member of our Executive Team reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this role gives us the capacity to pursue our corporate plan with confidence and drive the improvement journey that will take us to G1/C1.
The Property Director will provide strategic leadership across property investment, compliance, building safety, development and sustainability — championing innovation, driving performance and ensuring the quality of our homes is something every resident can rely on.
We are looking for a senior leader who combines strategic insight with genuine delivery credibility; someone who is resident-focused and values-driven, experienced in leading complex property programmes, and motivated by the opportunity to make a real and visible difference in a high-performing, people-centred organisation.
