Defining and executing a bold sales strategy, ensuring we deliver sustainable growth and strengthen our position as the partner of choice in infrastructure, construction, aggregates, waste & recycling, and specialist plant hire. What you'll be doing: Set the strategy – Shape and deliver a national sales plan aligned to SMT GB’s 3-Year Growth Charter and Annual Operating Plan. Deliver performance – Achieve ambitious revenue, margin, and market share targets across multiple channels. Lead with purpose – Build a winning culture, develop future leaders, and foster collaboration across Aftermarket, Key Accounts, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Champion customers – Drive customer lifetime value through solutions-led selling and exceptional experiences. Represent the brand – Be the voice of SMT GB with Volvo CE and across industry forums, enhancing visibility and unlocking new opportunities. Requirements What You'll bring: Proven senior sales leadership with regional or national responsibility. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering growth in heavy plant equipment or similar sectors. Expertise in business planning, OKRs, and performance governance.
