An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Development Technologist to join our client, who we are working with exclusively a market-leading niche FMCG.

This is a key position within a fast-growing Research & Development team, focused on driving innovation and delivering world-class health and wellbeing products for leading global brands.

As a Product Development Technologist, you will take ownership of developing new and existing nutraceutical products from concept through to full-scale production. Youll play a crucial part in ensuring every product meets the highest standards of performance, quality, and compliance, while staying aligned with commercial objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Innovation

* Investigate new ingredients, technologies, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

* Evaluate raw materials, suppliers, and new technologies to ensure optimal quality and cost-effectiveness.

* Support concept creation and ideation for new nutraceutical products aligned with market needs.

Formulation & Development

1. Develop and optimise formulations across multiple formats including tablets, capsules, gummies, softgels and powders.
