Ready Study Global (RSG) is a UK-registered educational consultancy helping international students access world-class education across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, and the UAE.
We are looking for experienced recruitment leaders to build and manage regional advisor teams. This is not a standard advisor role. This is a leadership opportunity for people who have already proven they can recruit students, build teams, and drive results.
What you will do:
• Personally generate student enrolments while building your regional team's pipeline
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of Student Advisors under the RSG structure
• Set targets, track performance, and ensure your team delivers consistently
• Act as the primary RSG representative in your region or market
• Report directly to RSG leadership
What you will earn:
Up to 50% of RSG's net commission on your personal enrolments
Up to 10% override on the net commission generated by every advisor in your team
No cap on earnings. No cap on team size. The more you build, the more you earn
Your income grows two ways — from your own production and from every advisor you develop. Top performers will be considered for Regional Manager Pilot status with enhanced structure and progression.

What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience in international student recruitment, education sales, or admissions
Track record of meeting or exceeding enrolment or sales targets
Experience managing, mentoring, or leading a team — even a small one
Active network in one or more international student markets
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset — you treat this like your own business
Regions of particular interest:
South Asia — Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka
Sub-Saharan Africa — Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Zambia, South Africa
Latin America — Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico
Southeast Asia — Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam
Middle East & North Africa
Europe — Southern and Eastern Europe
We are open to any region where you have proven access and influence. Multiple team leads can operate in the same market — there is no regional exclusivity. What you own is your team and your production.
Key details:
This is a commission-only, independent contractor collaboration — not employment. There is no base salary. You manage your own schedule and are responsible for your own tax obligations. Your income is directly tied to your results and your team's results.
