Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Belfast for a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will identify and generate leads, conduct market research to identify new opportunities, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will also develop strategies to drive business growth and provide excellent customer service to address client needs. The role requires analyzing market trends and data to support decision-making and help achieve organizational goals.

* Exceptional Communication skills to foster client relationships effectively
* Experience with Lead Generation and Market Research
* Commitment to providing excellent Customer Service and addressing client requirements
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proven track record in business development, sales, or related fields is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
