The successful Stores Manager / Onsite Manager / Internal Sales Executive will manage inbound customer enquiries, support walk-in customers within a workshop/trade counter environment, generate quotations, and build long-term relationships with key accounts. The role will involve advising customers on hydraulic components, sourcing products, negotiating pricing, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Stores Manager / Onsite Manager / Internal Sales Executive will have previous experience in internal sales, trade counter, or customer-facing roles within an engineering or industrial environment, ideally with exposure to hydraulics, fluid power, or mechanical components.
