Now let’s talk about what you’ll do: Analyse & Report You’ll analyse revenue, costs, margins, and KPIs. Produce reports, dashboards, and commentary that make financial information clear and actionable. You’ll spot trends, explain performance drivers, and improve reporting so we have the insight we need to make confident decisions. Forecast & Planning You’ll support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and build models that show different scenarios and outcomes. Bring together information from across the business, you’ll help create reliable forecasts and highlight opportunities. Your work will directly influence business decisions and help shape the strategy. Data & BI You’ll work with data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, operational tools) to build automated dashboards and data models using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik. You’ll answer business questions, identify patterns, and help teams make informed decisions. Along the way, you’ll ensure data is consistent, reliable, and easy to use. Business Partnering You’ll work closely with colleagues across finance, operations, sales, and leadership to provide insight and guidance. From business cases and project assessments to scenario analysis and financial reviews, you’ll help teams understand the commercial impact of their decisions. You’ll be a trusted partner, turning data into clarity and action. Process Improvement & Innovation You’ll look for ways to make reporting and workflows smarter and more efficient. You’ll automate repetitive tasks, implement best practices in analysis and visualisation, and encourage better use of data across teams. Your ideas and improvements will help the finance function work faster, smarter, and deliver real commercial impact. What you’ll bring: Demonstrated experience in commercial finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and business partnering Provided support for ERP and CRM system implementations Demonstrated advanced proficiency in accounting principles and practices Analytical and financial modelling skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including Microsoft Excel; experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience A proactive mindset with a commitment to sustainability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement The details: Location: Leeds, LS12 6AB (On-Site) Salary: Up to £75,000 Benefits: Up to 10% bonus, company car/allowence, PMI, 24 days holidays We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from under-represented members of the community.
