Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth and efficient office processes.
Main Duties:
* Answering phone calls and directing enquiries.
* Greeting visitors and handling incoming/outgoing post.
* Filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
* Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when needed.
* Booking appointments or meetings and updating calendars.
* Supporting other staff with administrative tasks as required.
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Requirements:
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email).
* Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
* Friendly, professional manner with a positive attitude.
* Previous office or admin experience is helpful but not essential – training will be provided.
