BUTCHER
DTC Foods – Bratton Clovelly, near Okehampton, Devon
DTC Foods is an established organic butchery business operating the brands Eversfield and The Organic Butchery. Based in Bratton Clovelly, just outside Okehampton, we prepare high-quality organic meat fresh to order and deliver directly to our customers across the UK. Quality, traditional butchery and outstanding customer service are at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Butcher to join our growing team.
The Role:
* Breaking down carcasses to a high standard
* Traditional butchery and portioning into retail cuts
* Preparing fresh orders with care and precision
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation
About You:
* Experienced in carcass breakdown and traditional butchery
* Pride in producing high-quality work
* Reliable and punctual
* A team player with a strong work ethic
We will also consider partially trained butchers who are keen to develop their skills — training and progression opportunities are available.
What We Offer:
* £27,000 – £35,000 salary (depending on experience)
* Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
